We know you want your order quickly, so we work hard to dispatch everything as fast as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Age Verification at Delivery
As a responsible retailer, we are required by law to ensure vaping products are only delivered to customers aged 18 or over. Our age verification is handled at checkout via One ID. In some cases, our courier may also request proof of age upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, in which case we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
